PARTICIPATION CONDITIONS AND WRITING GUIDELINES

All researchers from Türkiye and abroad working in fields related to the symposium topics can participate with their paper proposals. Paper abstracts must be prepared in Turkish, Bosnian, and English, and the abstracts in all three languages must be submitted together. Each abstract must be between 250 and 300 words and must clearly state the objective, scope, methodology, primary approach, and the reached or anticipated results of the study. Abstracts must include 3 to 5 keywords.

The accepted paper abstracts must also be submitted as full texts within the period specified in the symposium schedule. The writing and evaluation criteria regarding the submission of full texts will be notified separately to the authors of the accepted papers.

Under the title of the abstract, the name and surname of the author or authors of the paper, academic title, affiliated university or institution, faculty/institute/department or relevant academic unit, city and country information, e-mail address, telephone/mobile phone number, and ORCID number must be stated completely. For papers with multiple authors, the institution, unit, city, country, e-mail, telephone, and ORCID information of each author must be provided separately, and the author who will present the paper must be explicitly specified. The institution, unit, city, and country information of the researchers participating from Türkiye and Bosnia and Herzegovina must also be clearly written in English.

Abstracts must be prepared in Microsoft Word (.docx) format, using an A4 page layout, 12-point Times New Roman font, and 1.5 line spacing. Page margins must be set to 2.5 cm. No bibliography, tables, figures, or graphs should be included in the abstract text, and abbreviations should be avoided as much as possible. The Turkish, Bosnian, and English abstracts must be included in the same file.

Paper abstracts must be sent directly to the email address sudi@sirnak.edu.tr , not through the official website of the symposium, www.sudisempozyumu.com . The abstract file must be named "Name_Surname_Paper Title", and "Name_Surname_Paper Title" must be written in the subject line of the e-mail.
